I think I see where this is all leading to...

1. The head of the guards union was complaining about how many hours of OT they had to work (IOW, the guards were tired and slipped up)

2. The transfer paperwork was a computer glitch or a result of a clerk fat-fingering the instructions.

Someone from the BOP will issue an investigative report and it’ll say both above factors were involved - but there no really no negligence or malicious intent by anyone.

The guards will have a letter of reprimand placed in their files and we’ll talk to the clerical area to make sure they’re double-checking their entries.

All will be well.

3. There is no truth to notion someone with a radio was seen on a grassy knoll outside the walls.
