Someone needs to explain, if possible to this illiterate moron, what the term means. In diplomacy, which is what we are working with here, a persona non grata (Latin: “person not appreciated”, plural: personae non gratae) is a foreign person whose entering or remaining in a particular country is prohibited by that country’s government.
To the best of my information, Trump was born in New York, which to my knowledge is still part of the United States. If I’m not wrong, that makes him a citizen (unlike Obama). So how is the phrase applicable?
It’s a shame they don’t teach the practical use of words in school anymore. It sure would have helped Green not to look like a babbling fool.
