Someone needs to explain, if possible to this illiterate moron, what the term means. In diplomacy, which is what we are working with here, a persona non grata (Latin: “person not appreciated”, plural: personae non gratae) is a foreign person whose entering or remaining in a particular country is prohibited by that country’s government.
To the best of my information, Trump was born in New York, which to my knowledge is still part of the United States. If I’m not wrong, that makes him a citizen (unlike Obama). So how is the phrase applicable?
It’s a shame they don’t teach the practical use of words in school anymore. It sure would have helped Green not to look like a babbling fool.

The preferred uses are primarily pejorative, describing things that are unpleasant...like, uuuhhh, Green.

Knuckle dragger speaks
So this ignoramus wants to take “high crimes and misdemeanors” to “in order to sabotage the opponents election” as a justification for impeachment. Interesting.
How many homos aren't erectus? Tee hee!
Indeed, he is insidious.
That is so true! What worries me is all the heat Trump gets day in day out no thanks to the RINO party that does NOTHING to defend him. Who is going to run as a Republican after this? You get your butt investigated off, all your friends get investigated, your kids, your family, everyone who works for you, you get your tax returns subpoenaed, they create a hoax saying you colluded with a foreign government. Who he hell would want to go through that? And the Republican party just sits back and lets them get away with this sh—.
Green is just trying to get air time.
He has to compete with Sheila Jackson Lee.
He looks Neanderthal.
Texas Democratic Rep. Al Green had sex with a staffer who he said was a drug addict and then sued her when she threatened to go public with claims she suffered a hostile work environment, saying he “will not be extorted or blackmailed.”
Lucinda Daniels, his onetime district director, claimed she suffered a hostile work environment, claimed sexual harassment and demanded $1.8 million. Green sued her, saying she was using their sexual relationship to shake him down at the behest of other unnamed conspirators.
Thanks Marv. Green is just as much as ***hole as Nadler:
