All flights grounded: All departing flights have been cancelled in Hong Kong, as thousands of demonstrators descend on the city's International Airport.
Alleged police brutality: A small number of protesters have been demonstrating at the airport all weekend, but today's mass gathering was sparked by allegations of unnecessary police violence on Sunday.
World transport hub: Hong Kong International Airport is one of the busiest in the world, handling 1,100 flights daily across about 200 destinations.
Several countries including the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Japan, and Singapore have already issued travel advisories, warning of "violent clashes" between pro-democracy protesters and police.

The wife and I have flown through Hong Kong a few times on our way to Vietnam. I can’t remember the airline but Delta comes to mind.
Taking United for our trip to SGN(and back to EVV)this year.
You have the right to remain silent. Anything you post can and will be used against you by Leftist Internationalists and Globalists in the court of public persuasion and, once they gain power, in courts of law pursuant to your re-education or deportation to a gulag of their choice.

No more Flights going into Hong Kong will hurt the commerce of China. I have a bad feeling about this since Communist China does not screw around.

We’ll know three things about the outcome, regardless of what the UN declares:
1) The protesters will never win.
2) China will not lose, heck they didn’t even lose in Korea, and this is a cakewalk compared to that, in every respect.
3) No country has the capability to change 1 or 2 (above), short of a nuclear exchange - and even then changing 1 or 2 is unlikely.
Nothing because it is on China’s mainland.
Now if China goes after Taiwan, then yeah things will get messy in a hurry.
Hong Kong getting serious. Putting hundreds of police dressed as protesters among the crowd and then taking them down - imagine our cops doing this at an ANTIFA rally?
