I hope the article is right and it makes a good case that he is once again using “Drunken Monkey” Wu-Shu tactics.
BUT I am already ticked off about the illegal bumpstock ban which may have been an attempt to “throw the left a meaningless bone” but was still totally illegal, a horrible precedent and a serious blow to the overton window.
All this talk about gun control after the recent shotings is doing even more damage to the overton window too.

Great post
My worry is that he thinks some new background check along with red flag laws are just another meaningless bone to throw to the left.

Also how Sen Rick Scott, as FL Gov caved to the "DO SOMETHING!!" opportunistic ghouls by raising the age of buying firearms in FL to 21. When my mom's uncle was 18 he, like many other guys in his situation was being shot at by nazis. Fortunately thanks to his rifle and training he received courtesy of the US Army he was able to take out a few of them and received an Honorable Discharge.

Any gun owner worth the name knows how to make a bump stock. That is why the ban was meaningless.
Not so with so-called attack weapons.
My guess is that he will not cave on this. He is concerned and has shown it. But the Constitution trumps all.
