Two Tiered System Of Justice: Top FBI Officials Escape Prosecution, While Others Pay Heavy Price
saraacarter.com ^ | 8/10/2019 | Sara A. Carter

All we need is what we already know.

And what we know is that top senior officials at the FBI, thus far, have escaped any prosecution for lying and leaking. It wasn’t the same for others. Just look at Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, who is still fighting for justice against a bureaucracy that didn’t want him snooping around to discover how those in senior positions of power in the intelligence community and law enforcement were breaking the law and the spine of the U.S. constitution with unwarranted unmaskings, spying and weaponization of the intelligence apparatus.

Flynn was targeted by former Obama Administration officials from the very beginning. Remember how former FBI Director James Comey laughed publicly about how he set up the former National Security Advisor. He also contends it wouldn’t have happened to another administration:

Comey admitted he didn’t go through the White House counsel’s office, but arranged the meeting with FBI Special Agents Joe Pientka and Peter Strzok directly with Flynn. He said it was not standard practice. He said it was “something I probably wouldn’t have done or maybe gotten away with in a more … organized administration.” Let’s not forget that both Strzok and Pientka did not believe Flynn was lying when he spoke to them about the conversation he had with former Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. In fact, they had the record of the conversation but didn’t tell Flynn they had it when asking him to recall the conversation. Comey even admitted to the fact that the agents didn’t believe Flynn was lying but it didn’t matter. The power of the special counsel prosecutors, the threat against dragging his son into the mess and their deep purse was enough to push Flynn to plead guilty.

I won’t believe it until I see it. I, like so many others, have become a little jaded over the developments.

I say,” a little” because I haven’t given up all hope. I know America cannot afford to have a two-tiered system of justice and I believe in Barr, for now.

Americans need to demand that justice be equal.

Sara is exactly right on all three points.

Don't believe it until you see it.

Don't give up hope.

(Don't sit back and wait for a show.) Do loudly demand justice.

Here's another good example of two-tier justice. I'm not excusing what these men were planning to do, but look at the charges and penalties! Compare to what Epstein did and his first penalty a decade ago. The difference in penalties for very different crimes is disgusting.
15-YEAR SENTENCE POSSIBLE AFTER VERDICT
August 09, 2019
Coeur d'Alene Press

Two Spokane, WA men, Paul V. Gauron, 54, and Carl E. Ness, 54, face charges in federal court of traveling with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct [policewoman pretending to be 14 year old girl], which carries up to 30 years in prison, a fine of no more than $250,000 and five years of supervised release.

He never met, touched or harmed a girl and he gets up to 30 YEARS in prison.

This is an ominous sign. Sara Carter has been in the thick of things; if she is clinging to faith in the justice system - where are we? Should we prepare for a new revolution? Or should we prepare to be the generation labeled by history as those who forfeited history’s most precious fought for gift... like Camelot, a brief flash of goodness lost in the mists of time and human failure?

But as well all know, neither Gauron or Ness, were billionaire, democratic donors that hung out with the rich, famous and powerful. They had no way to blackmail anyone or stop writing checks for candidates campaign funds.

Those guys, as much as they deserve prison and a biblical ass-whooping[which they should get in prison, anyway] are low hanging fruit that, that best case scenario, can hire a lawyer like Saul Goodman or they’re left with a public defender, who could give a damn about what happens to them.

I agree with Sara, except it is multi-tiered:

Tier One: Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton.

Tier Two: Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann.

Tier Three: Peter Strzok, Lisa Page.

Tier Four: Harvey Weinstein, Jeffrey Epstein.
.
.
.

Tier Enn [Nth of N Tiers]: We The Deplorables.

Classified, smashafied…...who cares? Right Bagpipe Bob? Looking forward to your next "Investigation" of Epstein's murder. I sure hope it employs 150 FBI agents, takes several years, and costs the taxpayers $35,000,000.

Barr isn’t stupid but he may be ignorant.

A resolution without justice will only be another, perhaps final, catalyst for revolution.

It occurred to me months ago that Barr is protecting the coup conspirators for what ever reason (doesn’t really matter, does it?). If he was going to prosecute those people he would be doing it. Even THEY have realized this which is why a couple are now sueing. It also occurred to me that the country simply will not survive if they are not prosecuted. You just cannot get past this level of “open falseness” for lack of a better phrase. And that was before the Epstein fiasco and the transmutation of ANtifa shooters into “white supremacists”. As Menemenetekel...would say, the handwriting is on the wall. From our perspective Barr should prosecute these traitors but who knows? Maybe from his perspective he knows the billionaires who actually run things would object strenuously to his doing so? In any case we are pretty close to “the last straw”. Which is why I say “Trump is the last president”. I don’t know what will happen but I do know there will never again be “the peaceful transfer of power” here.

Anyone who was not shocked at how obviously insane Strzok was/is is not paying attention. It is unfathonable to me that he was in the position he was in and has not been harshly dealt with along with his superiors.

The Obamatons targeted Flynn b/c he was replacing Susan Rice.

Not only did the filthy Rice refuse to share NSA data with Flynn ...as is the custom.....
they were all sweating bullets b/c Flynn would soon find out what they were up to.

Ergo, Flynn was marked for destruction.

I would argue it is not a two tiered system of justice. No, in fact I can identify 3 maybe 4 tiers of justice.

I think it’s part of the great awakening of the public’s righteous anger to fuel a healthy demand for exposure and change. They need to move out of defeat\apathy and into battle cries for justice and heads on platters.

I like that, rn, and pray for its manifestation. I must say - and pls do not get mad - that seems sort of like a drowning cry from Fornicalia where the Dems have all but eliminated the Constitution and the traditional American rule of law.

Perhaps I see through a glass darkly, way over here on the south east coast... and, in my view, we are not doing all that great either.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We seem to be the hub of problems in the US. The Deep State’s DARPA program which has developed, funded, and continues to develop more social media and Internet surveillance software (Pentagon Program LifeLog became FaceBook) seems to have a head quarters in Silicon Valley.
We have large ports and a border with Mexico - all of which are conduits for human trafficking and drugs. Of course we have foreign nationals, sometimes in caravans, demanding entry across the border.
We have the perverse social indoctrination industry known as Hollywood. Home to the Harvey Weinstein mentality, bringing children’s pedo grooming programming into homes and trying to portray childhood innocence as a “baseless” rumor devised to deprive children and toddlers of their right to “sexual exploration” and the right to choose their own gender.
Dianne Feinstein’s driver turned out to be a Chinese spy...and I personally think she has sold out in some way or other to China (blackmail or?). We also have the blame for Adam Schiff and Pelosi. Off hand, I forget the name of some of our other troglodytes.
Our two largest (sanctuary) cities have chosen not to manage garbage/feces on the streets and there’s almost gleeful speculation that they will succeed in incubating serious disease epidemics.
Illegal aliens can get Medi-cal and when they apply, all persons living in their household, including the applicant, over the age of 18 MUST each be sent a voter registration form.
We appear to be home to covens and cults. Bohemian Grove antics seem to be the high priced version of same. Hollywood, state “officials” and media are a tag team in charge of portraying Christians as perverted haters/Nazis and portraying witches as compassionate egalitarian “talent”.
MS13 gangs call CA home, contributing additional crime along the interstate corridor. Other gangs too - but that one seems to be paid for by some elite interests. Some in California are jealous of Portland Oregon’s Antifa “resources”, but fellow travelers and ANtifa are trying to set up satellite operations here to more effectively serve “protest” needs (beatings, vandalism).
The influx of illegal aliens has helped to collapse (further) our compromised education system. California is trying as hard as it can to make itself 50th in academic success - only a few more levels to go...gettin’ close!
With our infrastructure collapsing and our lack of basic capacity to even limit overgrowth in wildlands which then result in catastrophic (lives/homes) fires, CA has focused its attention on building a rapid transit system between failed city SFO to failed city LA. After churning through millions of planning dollars, they outdone Emily LaTella (Saturday Night Live character) with their button-eyed decision to tell us, “Never mind!” and now they FINALLY get to divert the funds to their real intended use.
Tip of the iceberg - there’s more. However, I don’t agree with calls to burn it or give it back to Mexico, or “let them all die” etc. I don’t agree with those who say I and other Californians “got what we deserve” anymore than I believed Americans “got what they deserved” when Obama’s was ushered into power under election fraud.
Wars aren’t won by giving up ground to the enemy. :/
PS: Oh, there seems to be a fissure opening up in the China Lake region that could, ah, give up some ground.
I have scratched a wound... sorry, rn. I can imagine that you get war weary. I have timidly proposed sending in the national guard and/or militias to restore Constitutional order there. Wealth and power have usurped those benefits I imagine. It appears (to me) to be a real crisis.
You are correct: Never give up! ⚔️
No need to apologize. Feels good to say it as I cannot speak of it to those whom I live among. The tired part comes from reading the posts on FR and on the Internet saying we should all die and slide into the ocean etc. Yeah, that part get’s tiresome. I mean, Jim Rob lives in CA so it can’t be all bad!
😀 I cannot tell you how many times I have reminded myself of that. As to wishing California would slide into the ocean, that is hate speech; I want nothing to do with that. I rather like my idea of a large civilian militia taking over and restoring Constitutional order! Make Mark Levin the Adjutant General just to keep everything proper. :)
