The nose is swollen from the trauma necrosis of closure of carotid arteries causing cerebral hypoxia, (hanging)...the ears the same. Very typical.

1. The ears are most definitely different.
2. The nose appears to be a “hook” design on “DE” and a straight nose on “LE”.
