That is the real question. The House is immaterial; the baby killers have the majority. It’s the Senate that matters. Right off the bat, you have 47 votes for conviction (45 baby killers + 2 “independents”). Now add Romney, Sasse, Murkowski, Collins, Cornyn, Alexander, Rubio, Lee, Alexander, Toomey, Graham, Portman, Shelby and Isakson - that brings total up to 61. A mere six votes to convict.
And the presiding judge is Little Johnnie Roberts.
