Until I see otherwise, I trust Donald Trump. I’m not going to have a knee jerk reaction to things he says. His actions speak louder than words and I have not been disappointed to this point.

The "deal" is not "done" until the paperwork is signed. Everything President Trump says prior to the signing ceremony is "negotiation strategy".
