Who could have done him in? The list I have considered:
1. The Clintons Death Machine poisoned him or hung him.
2. The Trump’s Mafia Contacts.
3. MI-6 The Brits do this sort of thing?
4. The French are great at making things like this happen.
5. The Mossad might have done it.
6. Putin’s Death squads.
7. The FBI might have done it—that or the CIA.
8. The Danite Mormons could have done it.
9. Father of one of his girls?
10. All of the above.
Might just be the same as:
7. The FBI....or the CIA.
They would have had the easiest time accessing a prison. All the others would have to do the "Mission Impossible" deal.
