I would think with the notoriety Epstein's case was, how politically prominent it would be, that the prison would obtain someone with MD after their name to determine if Epstein was a suicide risk. This was a federal prison, they could afford to pay an MD to evaluate. Having a tech determine the mental status of Epstein would be shocking.

Remember that, either after he was assaulted or did his first suicide attempt, both his lawyer and the prosecuting lawyers filed a 'protection order' with the court?
I never saw the courts ruling or order, but I would assume they would issue a non ex-parte order to the Prison to take steps to protect Epstein.

First, they(the media) told you he tried to hang himself.
Second, they are telling you he is dead and that he hanged himself.
Neither one of those is true.
