Who took him off suicide watch? It had to be a psychiatrist or psychologist. What is that person’s history ?
The psych tech can recommend easing restrictions and the circumstances of the suicide watch and even removal of suicide watch status, but the Watch Commander must approve.
Unless that Federal facility is way more jacked up than where I worked.
His suicide watch status is on the Watch Commander/Warden (whatever they call it).
