I think that’s the real thing here. It’s pretty clear Mossad has at least marginal interest in this matter. If Epstein is their agent in blackmailing others, he’s going to be killed or escaped dependent on if they need to debrief him on the amount of cover-up they need to do. I think this medical autopsy is a very good example of something being up. Unless extensive toxicology is involved, it’s basically unnecessary.
Watch for him to have ingested some strange nuclear poison that will “clearly be traced back to Russia” or some nonsense. The masses will go wild and everyone will miss ignore the fact no body was ever produced.
