You have to wonder if the Federal law enforcement bureaucracy is so corrupt that no one, not even Trump, dynamic as he is, can clean it up. After a previous alleged suicide attempt, a successful one, even under supposed 24-7 supervision, is unbelievable without suspecting extreme corruption in the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
I despair for my country when acts like this, which look like something out of a Communist regime, are done more or less openly.
