It is Trump’s fault, if he wouldn’t have gotten elected, they could continue to do the sleazy work they were doing. :)

You may be onto something there. Everyone who has been revealed in the IG report as having done something that has been recommended for disciplinary action or criminal referral
gets a chance to respond to the report. What better way to make a case of targeted prosecution than to file a law suit claiming that your dismissal was purely political. That allows the defendant to then ask for discovery of areas, (e-mails, internal discussions etc.), that would not normally be allowed in a criminal case because it would not be relevant.
