That is exactly what he is, “a little punk”. He took his brothers place at a event when his brother was running for mayor of San Antonio, Texas. They both agreed that the people wouldn’t be able to tell the difference if brother stood in
for the mayor candidate since they are identical twins. However, the people did know the difference and there was a big stink over it. To me, that said volumes on their character.
