I’m not a troll but have an honest question. What is the difference between Free Republic banning trolls and Twitter de-platforming Mitch McConnell? Can someone explain in legal terms why one is okay and one is not?

Twitter is a publicly traded corporation, Freerepublic is privately owned and operated.

It would be the same comparison as Hilton kicking someone out of a legally used room versus you kicking someone out of your home.
