Confirmation takes place at 9th grade or earlier. So you believe the report states homosexual acts between priests and 15 year-old boys are justified as "consensual". Post that portion of the report or take your anti-Catholic bullshit elsewhere.

Why would those that claim to be the one and only 'bride of Christ', need to commission a 'report' about their 'holy fathers' abusing its own members... prepubescent children have NO voice... and the 'holy' people sure took great measures to make sure they were not heard. Remember ... it makes absolutely no difference what 'my' opinion is, but our Heavenly Father keeps the perfect record... HE knows who messed with his children!!!!!!!! To address an institutional crisis it makes perfect sense to commission a study as to the nature and scope of of the crisis. The John Jay report made it plain that the problem was homosexuality, not pederasty, and that's most of us would have assumed. What the report did not say was that the Church is okay with clergy engaging in sex with boys so long as they had been confirmed. That outrageous claim is a fabrication of your bigotry, as you were unable to clip such a proclamation from the report (you just sent me a link to the whole report).
