The one thing I noticed is that the original link to the manifesto was a .jpg of a photo of four printed pages, which is quite an unusual way to publish something. It is a format that works on Instagram, though.

The manifesto reads like a troll job, same the as Christchurch shooter.
They are saying he found it after becoming lost in El Paso and needed to eat. He had lunch there and then decided it would suit his purpose.
According to this account, (which was on Fox but not corroborated) he made up his hit site on the spot but he did drive ten hours to get there.
I have been to el Paso too, but not to Juarez, and it is easy to get lost if you leave I - 10.
Coincidence? I don’t think so. Either the shooter posted it - and 8chan is lying - or there is someone else who knew this massacre was going down.

Of course I know that. But they did lose DNS as a discrete event.
We’ve heard of domains getting shut down but have not heard much of network service being shut down, in these wars.
Having an IP address is something, not everything.
The point is we may need alternative communications on and off, or permanently.
It was very unlikely that this nut would be posting a long manifesto while driving to the Walmart in El Paso.
Who would have the most to gain by poisoning the well of public opinion? We all know the answer to that after hearing the hateful attacks by the Democrat politicians and media.

I still don’t buy it, not with the proliferation of smart phones these days. It’s impossible to be lost if you know how to use one. Plus, he was in the middle of the heaviest shopping zone in El Paso and had just driven by DOZENS of chain fast food and restaurant establishments before he got to Walmart once he exited I-10. This was set up.
Just saying what he allegedly said.
He obviously did shoot there; did he have lunch while casing the store first? I don’t know but it could be true. Cameras may have the answer.
Oh yeah I know you are. I wasn’t picking on you at all. Once I heard the details of this evil atrocity I know it was a set-up. There are some seriously evil bastards hidden very deep behind the scenes in this country calling the shots.
