Firearm-related mental health restraining orders, with expedited due process provisions, seem like a good idea.It's not. "Expedited due process" means half-assed due process. IOWs not due process.

Trump already raised taxes for millions in the middle class by capping and eliminating long-standing deductions. Someone had to “pay for” the massive, permanent tax cut for corporations from 35% to 21%. That bonehead move cost us Congressional seats. A lot of seats. Now he wants to sign a “Red Flag” law that will deprive citizens of their Constitutional rights, including due process?
I agree with you 100%. If Trump signs that, screw him.
