Likely his father. Bryan Crusius the father is a therapist he was the director of Dual Diagnosis at a psychiatric hospital. The child's psychiatric hospital he worked at was timberlawn psychiatric hospital closed down for child abuse and pedophilia which some kids where killed/died.
As far as I'm aware they never arrested any perpetrators of those crimes.
