What is really phenomenal is that a majority of Scots want independence from the U.K. (given history, not unreasonable) but still are OK with being enslaved by the E.U.

Adhering to the EU open borders and inviting to Muslim immigrants policies will ring just that . In every town and village

I say this as an American with both Scots and English heritage (and Irish too but that’s another story)... be very careful what you wish for. My expectation is that the Scots think they can avoid paying certain expenses (like skipping national defense for one) that they pay now. Live off others as it were. Thank God my Scots ancestors left that socialist s______e. It’s beautiful (and cold and wet to my taste) but they peeps have lost their way.
