This morning on Fox TV the Mayor of Dayton said their shooting was “the 250th mass shooting so far this year.” We can’t believe that’s true Unless you count the drive-by gang shootings in Democrat cities.

So how many victims make a “mass shooting?” Is there a valid list of such events?

I recall reading somewhere the threshold is 4 or 5. Maybe that number came from the FBI. Anyway I think you have to add that the victims are basically strangers to the perp. One could wipe out ones family and easily hit the threshold but that isn’t the same as shooting up a mall.
