This is another killing in a gun free killing field by what ever this person is and for what ever was in his mind. Listening to the MSM reporting on this was disgusting by their ignorance. One said he was a AK57. Another said he heard it was an AK47 but he doubted it because that was a eastern European gun and not many found in the US. My 2 must be uncommon. People delivering information to the public through MSM should know what they are talking about.... the public is already ignorant enough.
If the above is the sign posted at the mall entrance, it means nothing. Texas requires a 30.06 notice (named after the penal code section), that has specific requirements. The sign posted doesnt cut it.
Also, even with a 30.06 notice in place, you can still carry your weapon. The only thing they can do is tell you to leave. If you refuse, you can be issued a ticket for misdemeanor tresspass. No arrest involved.
Moral of the story.....Carry your weapon and the hell with the mall.
