The Walmart building is separate from the Cielo Vista Mall building.
Walmart has their own policy, though, right?
I saw another comment here that said the Wal-Mart has a no guns policy. These companies need to be sued into oblivion for not protecting their customers...after denying the customer the ability to defend themselves.
