There is a scene in one of Michael Moore's anti-gun movies that shows several shopping centers in Texas that have “No Guns Allowed On This Property” signs.

I wonder if the El Paso shopping center has something like that?

Signs like that are a public invitation to mentally disturbed mass shooters.
