There were armed citizens there at the time. Apparently no opportunity to act.
There is always a lot of big talk about gun usage here.
Even if everyone was carrying openly they don’t necessarily have the time or place to react. Let’s get real.
Yes, it would help but is not the panacea. Our sick society is the problem and will take a while to overcome, even if people made a serious effort to do so.
