Police and other emergency services are responding to reports of an active shooting at the Walmart near the Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, Texas, local officials and witnesses say. Only few details were immediately available.
The incident began at about 11 a.m. on Saturday when officers were called for an active shooter at Walmart. It was not immediately clear if police have confirmed a shooting and, if so, what is the status of the suspect.

For those spending today attacking a journalist, here is the tick tock:
1. I received a manifesto from a source who saw it on 8Chan.
2. I sent it to authorities.
3. Multiple authorities told me they are taking it seriously.
4. Details in the manifesto matched details reported

A friend said reports are coming in from Horizon and Bassett (another mall), and Ascarate Park.

And this is a guy from an area of the world where they get a lot of sunshine. Take off the clown suit, and he's Italian or Greek. The census people who created these classifications a century ago were pretty big on race differences. They did not create them on impulse. There were all kinds of legal and societal implications for those affected by these classifications, ranging from whether they could own land to whom they could marry.

The truth:
Gun control cannot work. It goes against human nature and of course the constitution.
What would work is mental health control. We need to keep people who can’t pass mental health competency tests AWAY from freedom. Freedom is only for the mentally competent. Some will pass the test and become shooters anyway, but the %age will be greatly reduced.
People who objectively cannot handle life (including someone made insane by drugs) should be institutionalized for 3-6 months and given time to heal, then re-evaluated. No one on the streets who is not sane. It’s the smartest way to keep people safe from themselves and each other.
If there are multiple shooters at a shooting, and the on site persons involved state so, then there are in fact multiple shooters on site, until confirmed or refuted.
The problem, if one is a reacting shooter to the original shooter, is being identified as the original, and then taken out by a civilian shooter, or perhaps by a true second shooter.
Definitely not a good pickle to find one's self in.

It does have the blue safety barriers in front like seen on the surveillance video. although that could be standard for all Walmart stores.
