Exactly. Curse? As Shakespeare said, the fault is not in our stars but in ourselves. The Kennedys are, for the most part, a bad lot. Old Joe made a lot of money, and he parlayed that fortune into political careers for his sons (which they used to do untold damage to the nation, especially Teddy’s immigration ‘reform’). The rest of the clan has had countless problems associated with spoiled, reckless people doing spoiled reckless things.

Many families across America suffer the same fate with their young dying from drug overdoses and there isn't even a mention of it in the media.
My wife and I lost our son a year and a half ago from a drug overdose. Not one mention in the press. My nephew's daughter died of a drug overdose. No mention in the press. The mother of two of our grandkids, died from a drug overdose. No mention in the press.
These stories are all sad and not uncommon in America nowadays. The reason the Kennedy's are in the press is because they are famous. No other reason.

Twenty years ago since John-John thought he was an instrument rated pilot and morted himself and his wife & sister-in-law.
Aircraft explosions/crashes, assassination, hard objects on ski slopes & roadways, drug/alchohol overdoses, suicide by hanging, rape & murder, lobotomization, overturned cars in shallow waters — the Kennedys have diverse means & methods of harming themselves and others or being harmed.
It is not a curse. They are genetically inferior which is why the media pushes them upon the populace.
I met someone once with that name, she pronounced it "Sir sha"

Within the last week or so, the Jesuits came out with an official paper endorsing Marxism.

People talk of the curse of the Kennedys.
It depends what events we are talking about.
Political assassinations may well be said to be a curse.
But self inflicted wounds, such as Chappaquiddick , JFK Jr. flying his plane in unsafe conditions, the William Kennedy Smith rape case, JFK’s dad giving a daughter a lobotomy — such self inflicted harms are hardly a curse, in my opinion. They show a terrible lack of judgement, not that a family is cursed.

Her father was John Hill made famous as the friend of Daniel Day Lewis in the 1993 movie: “In The Name of the Father”.
Her dad spent 15 years in a British prison for a London bombing that he did not commit. He was from Belfast. Hence the Irish name.
The family “godfather” Joe Kennedy made the family money in organized crime.
That was the “curse”.
Yep, drugs.
Could have been illegal or legal, she was on drugs for ‘depression’, could have been mixed with booze...
