San Antonio's Mayor has no real power. It is almost a ceremonial position. The real power rests with the city manager, or comptroller.
As for HUD Secretary, that's the obligatory position given to minorities by the Democrats to make them feel better.

Hard left Marxists still have very little chance to become our POTUS. The only “angle” that this little prick would have is the fact the he is a “Latino”. I suppose that their thinking is that obviously the dems will vote for him, and hopefully most “Latinos” will vote for him as well.
I personally don't believe enough “Latinos” are stupid enough to buy his BS to get him over the top. I certainly could be wrong though.
