1) Because the Constitution gives the feds NO authority to interfere with medicine. And the Constitution is the ONLY source that authorizes legitimate and valid federal action.
2) And because ALL that Trump said about the inability to get drugs and medicine for the ill and terminally ill is due to the FDA standing in the way of approving such medicine because the FDA is just another corrupt bureaucracy that is on the take leaning towards the pharmaceuticals that bribe them the most.
Even if they were constitutional which almost all are not, do you think these giant bureaucracies even know why they’re supposed to be there? All they care about is what the bureaucratic heads want - BIGGER bureaucracies for BIGGER paychecks for the bureaucrats.
The whole thing makes me want to puke.
