Like it or not, it’s clearly not a strong case. We need to wait and see what comes with John Durham’s investigation into SpyGate. I don’t think James Comey can skate through that serious sedition business.

Comey and his co-conspirators have had years to destroy evidence and conspire. Don’t expect the cases to get any stronger from here.

The thorn in the sedition case is that that the crime of sedition requires advocating or perpetrating violence.
