Well, since Comey skates, despite testifying before Congress that he leaked the memo on purpose to get a Special Prosecutor, then all others will skate. The Cabal will be held as having a lack of candor and not following approved procedure, but they will not be prosecuted because they were acting on information from credible sources... in other words, they lacked intent also.
