NYC literally clawed its way back from the brink under Giuliani. Now those gains are being squandered by the self-deluded egomaniac DiBlasio.
Baltimore is bad, but it’s not as bad as Central America, let’s not be ridiculous. It seems that New York (now) has a similar method for dealing with crime as Central America, they export it.
