What’s racist is thinking blacks and Latinos aren’t capable of achieving without a handout. Whether right or wrong, the voting patterns of both groups, especially the blacks, seem to support that notion.

Judging from what I’ve seen the overwhelming majority of them don’t seem to achieve even when they are given handouts.
