Our local Walmart has historically been poorly stocked, and 90% of its employees do NOT speak English. In our local Walmart the majority of employees are from India, Albania, Russia, and China. We were looking for an item that was supposed to be on the shelf, but the shelf, of course, was bare. We finally found a Walmart employee whom we knew, and who was from Arkansas, and she actually told us to go to a competitor, saying there was no way of knowing when the item we sought would ever hit the shelf at her store.
Obviously the local management has a lot to do with service!!!
