The employees aren’t allowed to stop shoplifters and aren’t allowed to stop any misbehavior from kids to adults.
She had on pants so that means she dropped drawers so that’s exposing herself in pubic. Or did she pee through the pants and drip all the way to the exit door?
Crazy that the cannot stop criminals! I still am trying to understand how you climb up on a flimsy shelf & pee on produce..... ; )
