We have a rat problem that bad here in Iowa. They flood in every 4 years and infest the state before the caucuses.

You can say that again. I’ll be glad when these RATS leave us alone. However, this year, these nutcase RATS have gone so far off the rails with their hatred of agriculture, if we play our cards right we should be pretty much capable of destroying the RAT party in IOWA.
