I suggest President Trump and his advisers have already pondered this and have a solution that does NOT involve Sue Gordon. Of course the rats will object, judge shop and file an objection.

Should make for interesting theater at least.

“Think about that. Real, elected government is subservient to administrative and its agents.”

The idiot Congress has given the people no legal means to remove abusive, unelected federal bureaucrats. The only option available is to kill them. How about that? No wonder we hear constant talk of a second civil war.

because as somebody already stated...

“If Coats was NOT a deep state weasel … his endorsement by Comey would illicit an immediate disavowal.”

Does anyone really think that Coats doesn't understand what happened with the coup and picked sides???...

ANYONE??????... I rest my case your Honor...

All the Liberal Leftists are screaming that Trump is putting in “yes men” into all these various positions.

I say, “EXACTLY!” Most of the people who were selected to fill these various seats in 2017 were the recommendations of swamp RINO’s and swamp Republicans! Trump is cleaning house of that sewage and setting up his second Administration cabinet and alphabet agencies with people who want to help him help We the People, by DRAINING THE SWAMP!

MORE POWER TO HIM!

An update: The “national security blog” Lawfare has emerged as a leading critic of John Ratcliffe, a supporter of replacing Dan Coats with Sue Gordon and an organizer of the Stop Ratcliffe movement, the core of which are the Deep State conspirators, Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Rosenstein, et al, who greatly fear a DNI who will declassify information that SHOULD’VE NEVER BEEN CLASSIFIED IN THE FIRST PLACE! Lawfare is closely affiliated with the Brookings Institution, the Harvard Law School and the Clintons.

While Brennan, Clapper, Comey, etc., would love to keep their illegal and treasonous activities out of the public limelight, the use of Intelligence Community assets and national security classification guidelines to remove a duly elected president and keep their efforts secret constitute a felony (probably multiple felonies).

Should you have any doubt about the real motivations of this apolitical “national security blog”, Google “Lawfare deep state” and you’ll find articles entitled:

“Why Trump’s War on the Deep State Is Failing”

“In Defense of the ‘Deep State’ and a Free Press”

““Deep State” Myth and the Real Executive Branch”

The squeals of the Clinton's are the best possible endorsement.

“This is one way of putting folks who are loyal to President Trump in his cabinet.” Quietly get a list of all Obumster hires and proceed with those transfers to someplace appropriate ....

Partner, I agree 100% that we go after these criminals and get them in jail.

I really think the Rats in Congress are trying to distract us deplorable and unredeemable from all the criminal behavior in the "America Hating Piece of Work Obama" administration during the past 8 years.

I saw that. The drainage of the swamp continues. The swamp is so gargantuan that there is no way Trump can complete the job in only 8 years, but he seems to making progress.

I would be worried about the State Dept but Pompeo is as solid as they come, so I presume he has things mostly under control.

I’m still not sure we have the right leadership in the CIA or FBI, but that’s a story for another day.

I expect there will be many more changes in Trump’s second term...
