If anyone else dumped their sewer sludge down a storm drain, theyd be arrested, followed by a huge fine. And yes, by the same democrat controlled government that now allows all of this crap to be on the sidewalks.

What does it say about the mental capacity of the voting constituents who elected this man?

A- In the Seattle area, is there a ‘clean up after your dog’ law?
B-Why don’t they put commode over every sewer manhole if people want to do their business en plein air?
C- portapotties were invented for a reason.

...they can console themselves...

In 1966-1967, he was a VISTA volunteer in Harlem.[1][3] He initially joined VISTA for the draft deferment; his time in Harlem politicized and radicalized him.[4] Returning to Seattle, he became a founder of the Black Student Union on the U.W. campus[1] and helped to organize nearly a dozen high school and middle school Black Student Unions throughout Seattle. . .A former member of SNCC,[3] he has a long history of community organizing in Seattle.[1][3] While still working for the U.W., he was involved in the occupation of a former Seattle public school that ultimately became El Centro de la Raza. His continued involvement in civil disobedience led to a request to "cool it", from the head of the Office of Minority Affairs, Samuel E. Kelly. Eventually, he left his position at the university. After working on the successful 1977 mayoral campaign of Charles Royer, he served briefly in the Royer administration, but felt that was taking him too far from his activist roots.[4] From April 1979 until December 1993, he was the executive director of Seattle's Central Area Motivation Program (CAMP).[1][3] He eventually found his way back into electoral politics by way of involvement in Jesse Jackson's presidential campaigns. . .Several sources state that Gossett was a member of the Black Panthers.[6] By Gossett's own account, he attended the founding meeting of Seattle's Panther chapter, and also attended Panther leader Bobby Hutton's 1968 funeral;[7] he worked on several political actions with Panther Party members[4][8] and has said positive things about their legacy. Gossett has admitted in recent years that he was a long time member of the Seattle chapter of the Black Panther Party.:

I just learned a big uh oh for lefties about this disease-ridden excrement all over our cities. Leftist heads will explode.... Ready?
Ok.
Here it comes. Only right wingers can read on without risk of severe neurological impairment:
The poop that gets hosed off city sidewalks GOES INTO THE STORM DRAINS AND INTO OUR OCEANS. It is filled with nasty bacteria and viruses and contaminates the sea water and the habitats of all plant and animal life therein.
IT. IS. WORSE. FAR. WORSE. THAN PLASTIC STRAWS.

That’s probably why they have to pay people in SF $170k a year to pick up the crap. They must wear hazmat suits and take it to a waste treatment facility.

It’s actually a Federal Felony to put sanitary waste down a storm drain.
For all the obvious reasons.

Nobody is talking about the poop saturated power spray water going into the sewer and flowing untreated into the Puget Sound. Soon the Sound will be a cesspool. Get caught dumping raw sewage in Puget Sound’s No-Discharge Zone? The penalty is up to a $10,000 fine and up to a year in jail.

Well, I consider it a macroaggression for people to poop on sidewalks I might have to walk on.
