Speaking the truth sometimes hurts. In reality solving the problems of these urban districts would not be advantageous to the people who currently represent them in congress. In fact most are held by members who have held them for 10+ years. If anything these urban districts have seen conditions get even worse even after billions of tax dollars have been spent on programs that were to held solve the problems.

Making excuses for someone because of their race is the worst kind of racism

“In reality, solving the problems of these urban districts would not be advantageous to the people who currently represent them in congress.”

True. Democrat politicians have never really needed to solve the real problems faced by their constituents. They have always been able to take black voters for granted - along with blue collar workers.

But that is all coming to an end - thanks to President Trump.

Candidate Trump’s initial 2015 attack on open borders, job-killing regulations and foolish trade policies was designed to trigger a certain reaction from the Democrat Left. He chose his words carefully, purposely lacing his comments with politically incorrect language - he wanted them to call him a racist - he wanted them to call his supporters racist. He wanted to call America racist. And they have done just that.

In triggering that reaction, President Trump has successfully played out one of the most devastating political strategies in the history of mankind:

He says “America First”, and “Make America Great Again”, but he says it knowing the Democrats hate him and will do anything to distance themselves from him and oppose anything he says or does. Thusly, he controls them like puppets on strings. He has actually baited the Democrats into uttering words like “Blame America”, “America was never Great”! He has the Democrats embracing absurd political positions just to prove they are the opposite of him. He has them committing political suicide.

Specifically, our President has driven a huge wedge between the Democrat party and American workers, especially black Americans, who suffer immeasurably from open border policies and globalism. Even Hispanic Americans who are here legally can see the stupidity of open borders and globalism.

It may take several election cycles for this profound political sea change to fully manifest, but the Democrats have been dealt a huge blow and they don’t even know it, because, weirdly, they listen only to their own propaganda. They believe their own push polling that shows Uncle Joe kicking Donald Trump’s butt. I don’t think so....

One thing that makes me think 2020 will be a huge victory for President Trump: In my fifty years as an adult, I have been always been a very outspoken conservative; well-informed, highly independent and reasonably articulate. I’ll get into an argument with anyone about anything.

But in the last few years, even I find myself deciding to shut my pie hole rather than say what I think. It’s not out of fear, or cowardice, it’s just that I am so weary of hearing the ugly and hateful things people say about President Trump, his family, and anyone who would support him. It just makes me sad. So I maintain a much smaller circle of trust.

Then there is safety for my family. In past elections, it never occurred to me that a yard sign or bumper sticker might lead to vandalism, or worse - but now I’m certain that it would.

I figure if someone as outspoken as me has been somewhat “silenced”, I can only imagine how many tens of millions of others must be in a similar place - not necessarily broadcasting their feelings - but just really, really, really looking forward to a certain Tuesday, some fifteen months from now, when they can get into that election booth and pull the lever for President Trump. I can’t wait.

He really deserves a Reagan style landslide, the horrible things he’s put up with.
