“I’d bet that less than 10% of American voters “know how corrupt these Democrats are”.
I think that’s largely correct - and there is another problem with the headline besides the presumptuous use of the word “we”; namely, the presumptuous use of the term “these Democrats”.
It is a myth that there is a finite number of corrupt Democrats that could be indicted and locked up and - presto change-o - the swamp would be drained.
“These Democrats” should indeed be locked up, but the problem is far, far deeper than that:
Over the last century, the so-called Progressive elite has infiltrated Academia, Hollywood and “the news”, to the extent that they own a monopoly over all learning institutions and communication platforms. Nearly everything Americans see and hear is painstakingly engineered and filtered by the Progressive elite to manage public perception to further their agenda, and Americans are largely unaware that it is happening - most are effectively brainwashed and defenseless, as they no longer possess the critical thinking skills, the true history, the common sense, the tradition, or the skepticism to question the false narratives they are being fed.
Yes, the corrupt and anti-democratic Progressive elite has also taken over the leadership of the DNC - but their span of control goes way beyond a handful of top Democrat politicians. We need to take the fight beyond just “these corrupt Democrats” who attempted the coup. We need to discredit the entire Progressive movement and break their communication monopoly. We need to break the evil spell of “political correctness” they have cast over our fellow Americans. We need to expose our public schools, colleges, news outlets, entertainment industries as the frauds and liars they have become. They have been assimilated by the Progressive propaganda ministry - they do not deserve an ounce of trust or respect - yet Americans PAY them huge sums to brainwash their children, and to be brainwashed themselves.
Question: Ever wonder why Fox News (owned by the same breed of Leftists that owns CNN and MSNBC) allows Hannity and a few others to rage against “these Democrats” each prime time weekday evening?
I submit that it’s because they want us chasing windmills, they want us focused on “these Democrats”. They WANT our hopes pinned on the “tick tock” of future DOJ proceedings that will be coming any week now. They know that anything the DOJ does under one administration can be easily undone by another administration. They know it makes us look like conspiracy nuts. They know it distracts us from the real war - the propaganda war.
I think President Trump understands this and is waging a one man culture war against propaganda - his constant Twitter challenging of “political correctness” and his branding of “the news” as fake is HUGELY more important than a lot of people realize. On a daily basis, he finds chinks in their armor and makes them look foolish. He’s teaching people how to recognize and resist propaganda. He’s showing people how to be skeptical again - which they should be.

This afternoon my wife and I sat down to watch The Greg Gutfeld Show. We were fortunate enough to hear a very funny line. Kat Timpf was commenting on the Mueller Report.
We have watched nearly everything on this damn event since it happened, so this comment came as a pretty nice surprise.
She was asked her impressions of the hearing and said:
"Nobody learned anything new from this hearing ..... except maybe MUELLER."
