1. GW did squander his good will after 911. But good Republicans continued to support him.
2. He allowed the Dems to rip him day after day with no response. I did not disagree with that strategy at the time.
3. Jeb should never have run for President. He began the decline of the Bush name.
4. More infuriating I believe more than anything was the non support and antagonism towards Donald Trump from the Bush family, GWB included, after he became the nominee. THis after his fawning and non disagreement with the Obamas. I think that cooked all of us and opened our eyes to the Bushes.
May I respectfully disagree?
Said decline happened when "Our dear friends, the Saudis" was first uttered. And repeated, and repeated, and repeated, and repeated, and repeated, and repeated, and repeated, and repeated, and repeated, and repeated, and repeated, and repeated, and repeated, and repeated, and repeated...
In California we got to see what Dubya was made of in 1994.
That’s the year we were trying to pass Prop 187, the first attempt by a state to do something to halt illegal immigration.
Texas governor GW Bush flew out here to insert himself in our California election, and he did it to support illegal aliens and oppose the grassroots conservatives who were working hard to pass that Prop.
That told me all I’d ever need to know about that elitist POS.
