Two 16-year-old teenagers have been charged with robbing a Baltimore Police Department deputy commissioner at gunpoint.
The arrests of Kathree Fowlkes and Kamal Godwin was announced Friday. They were charged with armed robbery and are being prosecuted as adults, Fox 45 reported.

Kathree is a girl’s name.Not necessarily. "Ka" means "you" in Yoruba, one of the Nigerian languages. Kaone would be the oldest child, and Kathree would probably be the youngest.
(Katwo, shortened to Kato, was the sidekick of the Green Hornet. In the days of pre-diversity he was supposed to be Japanese, but today he identifies as an African-American.)

Kathree is a girl’s name. Kathro is for a boy.
Maybe the father knew he wouldn't be around when the boy was growing up, so he gave him the name to halp toughen him up.

Does it ever occur to Baltimore’s police officers that they’d be better off working in third-world counties? At least they’d be able to shoot back against criminals (even if only with tasers) instead of having to just stand there and do nothing when crimes are being committed?
