Hello Metro cop who says DC is full of rats, they all come out at night and they are in the alleys in the trash cans to the point where these guys won’t even get out of their car.
I try to schedule my medical appts. at Johns Hopkins (their Eye Institute is the best in the world) now to very early in the morning — when the marauding bands of roving thugs & thieves are still sleeping!
No more Orioles or Ravens games — no more concerts either. Baltimore is a shell of what it used to be.
