I don’t know if any of these 5 District Judges who “came from Democratic Senators” are the type of agendanista Judges who will act to enjoin President Trump whenever possible — but I fear the DemocRATS will try to sneak such appointees in. Lindsey Graham should ELIMINATE THE BLUE-SLIP VETO FOR DISTRICT JUDGESHIPS and then we won’t have to kiss DemocRAT butt and do their bidding.

Maybe CA and NJ have mostly vacancies without nominees because they want extremists and McConnell won’t back down.
