Ah! that makes sense. The Dems and the MSM (redundant I know) will not know how to handle the intersectionality of this. Victim victimizing victim must be the result of white oppression.

After DC got rid of Marion Barry as Mayor (and the FedGov stepped in to supervise the City), there has been a big turnaround. DC is no longer the “Murder Capital”. The downtown areas are dramatically safer. You can still run into dangerously violent individuals or groups, especially in the bad neighborhoods (some of which are still really inadvisable to walk around at night, like Anacostia), or late nights on Friday or Saturday.
Downtown areas like DuPont Circle and the tourist areas are really not that bad anymore - like an average city of that size.
Another argument for concealed carry.

Getting punched out is a common risk that gay men encounter cruising for other men.
Especially in cities, where there are pockets of homosexual promiscuity (Gay bars, bath houses, pick up places and places where prostitutes stroll), some homosexual men look to have sex with different people everyday, or even multiple strangers in one night. They get into a habit of quick pickups, and instantly sexual activity.
It is not uncommon that one will proposition the wrong guy, and get their teeth knocked out.
I love DC. Have worked and lived here, or near here, most of my life. But I would never, ever go out after dark. Ever.
Bring back the draft/WPA
....until then, be sure they are citizens then put those worthless teens to work busting up rock....if they are illegals, be sure they get their medicals, free homes etc. etc. I am not kidding about the rock busting.
