I concur....IF it can be shown that welfare doesn’t violate A1S8, 5th, 9th, 10th a/o 13th A.
MUCH easier to just terminate the illegality of it all & ‘save’ a bunch of taxpayer $$ and restore a BUNCH of Citizen Rights.
