No, a bombshell would be that out of the blue. We’ve known it for at least a year.
And once again the IG just makes recommendations and it’s still up to DOJ to have prosecutors willing to go after it... which good luck.

I’ve heard Joe Digenova say the IG report has been delayed because since AG Barr and John Durham are investigating the origins of the Russia investigation, many witnesses who’d been interviewed before are now asking to be interviewed again, to add to or correct the record.
Joe thinks some who know things, or didn’t give full testimony to the IG before are trying to cover their rear ends with further testimony.

What the Blaze reports can be accurate, but Comey/FBI will say they believed Trump really was a threat. As Barr stated, the “predicate” is what matters. Will the IG even attempt to show that Comey, et al, KNEW the excuse for investigating Trump was of their own creation?
FWIW, tonight on Dobbs, Toensing/DiGenova said, in response to Dobbs panning the additional time that Horowitz wants to finish his report, that now with Barr having appointed John Durham to investigate the corruption in the DOJ, FBI, and CIA, that some of Horowitz’ “witnesses” are asking to be “re-interviewed” because “they have remembered some more stuff,” or “they want to change their testimonies!”
