The Brett Kavanaugh hearing had over 7,000 posts last September and Election Night 2016 (my all time favorite) had over 10,000.
That was the best political theater I've seen in my lifetime. (Okay, I was just a kid when Clarence Thomas was nominated so I did not see that one.)
Yes, we’ve had some great ones here, and I anticipate some more great ones in the coming months.
It’s very very comforting for me to know there are like minded people in this country, (and the world). I’ve never met any of them face to face, but it’s like we’re family here.
I honestly can say, my life is better, and less stressfull because of Free Republic.
I’m a monthly auto donor, and I know it’s not much, but compared to anything else, it’s well worth the money for me.
Also, I must say the people on this forum, are the funniest and smartest anywhere, bar none!!!!
